Chantry School fun bowling morning
24th July – from Rosamund This week we had Year 5 from Chantry school at the Polegrove for a fun bowling morning. It was great- the children really enjoyed themselves and so did the teachers/ adult helpers from the school. Thank you to everyone who helped out.
Sidley Open triples
Congratulations to Rosamund, Peter and Julian for winning the Sidley Open Triples on Saturday (20th June). There were some good teams there, so a great achievement. All four Polegrove teams acquitted themselves magnificently on a long day.
No club afternoon on 19th June due to cricket evening
There is no organised club afternoon tomorrow as it is cricket evening at 5 pm. However the club house will be open, a green has been booked and anyone who wishes to is welcome to go down and sort out a roll up for themselves.
2 new bowls coaches at the club
Congratulations to Rosamund and Julian Wood, who have recently qualified as Level 1 coaches. We look forward to making use of their expertise in 2026.
