Looking great in the new shirts and feeling confident after their last wins, our Polegrove ladies took on the Eastbourne ladies once again. Eastbourne were out for revenge in this clash of the National Top Club but, once more Polegrove proved to be invincible and beat them on every rink. A superb performance from everyone, we now face Sidley in the next round (date to be confirmed).

What an amazing win across ALL disciplines against Eastbourne this morning. Congratulations to all those that took part and for everyone involved with the marking, umpiring and catering. I know the players all appreciated everything that was done for them today.

Phew, a close call against Gildredge Park ladies as always. Impressive team performances and spirit as we bowled to a win in the opening match. Onward and upwards!

Today we welcomed 6 veterans of the Parachute regiment to bowl at Polegrove. They all enjoyed themselves immensely and were very competitive. A great morning was had by all and the Gentlemen generously donated us £50, for which we are extremely grateful.
