Today 48 members enjoyed the club opening afternoon. The sun shone down on us, we were treated to an array of delicious cakes, there was a lot of laughter and some pretty good bowling for so early in the season.

There is no organised club afternoon tomorrow as it is cricket evening at 5 pm. However the club house will be open, a green has been booked and anyone who wishes to is welcome to go down and sort out a roll up for themselves.
We lost count of the number of people who said the food and drink served during the Bexhill Open was amazing. Thanks to Margaret and Denise who worked tirelessly the whole week, and with help from a good number of the members, it proved yet again to be a great success. Well done to all….
